William Haberman is a principal in Nona Blue Modern Tavern, an upscale-casual destination restaurant that serves the greater Orlando, Florida market.  The concept was developed in collaboration with PGA Professional, Graeme McDowell, to cater to an upper-middle class clientele while tastefully paying homage to golf, sports and popular culture.

The operating principals of this concept have extensive and diverse experience with the development and management of such concepts, having worked in various capacities with industry leaders such as J. Alexander’s, OSI Restaurant Partners, P. F. Chang’s, Houston’s, and Splitsville Luxury Lanes at Downtown Disney.

The hospitality-driven philosophy of the principals includes creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere while delivering superior service and the highest quality food possible.  They believe that when executed properly, great restaurants become ingrained in the fabric of the community as a place to gather and meet friends, truly becoming a local amenity.  Achieving this goal requires world-class design, attention to detail, a genuine commitment to providing an extraordinary customer experience, and seasoned, knowledgable management.
